The Internships starts in January 2024 (11 months) and will include parts of below:

– Strength and conditioning coaching for U14/U15 academy players.
– Return to play monitoring of U17/U19 academy players and Women’s first team.
– Specific testing and analysis of physical capacities and workload monitoring.
– Education of IF Elfsborgs club identity, philosophy and strategies.
– Potential Master thesis Supervision as part of IF Elfsborgs Research projects.
– Free Online Master Course from Football Science Institute (worth 50 000 SEK).
– Monthly salary.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in sports science or similar
– Experience from any leadership in football
– High level of skills in Microsoft Excel
